Wynk Music Online Store is a print-on-demand service powered with Printify, meaning all products are custom-made and produced only after an order is placed. As such, returns and exchanges are not supported for situations where a customer orders the wrong size, color, or changes their mind.
However, if a product is damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, Wynk Music offers a free replacement or a refund. To qualify, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the product by submitting a claim through the “Contact Us” form or by emailing at info@wynkmusic.online and providing a clear photo that shows the problem. The Processing Time of refund is approx. 10 business days
Important Information
- Refunds are credited to your Payment Provider (Like PayPal) .
- Minor variations in print placement, such as a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches for DTG products, are considered acceptable and are not classified as defects.
Please note that Wynk Music Online Store will not be responsible for reprints or refunds if incorrect size or color was chosen by the customer. In case of unsuccessful delivery, you may opt for a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund.
